Having trouble with my radio

I've been playing friends radios all night and i have been having multiple problems. These happen on every radio i try including my own. Sometimes the radio will show one song as playing but its a song completely different artist<a href=http://start-internet-radio.info>.</a> Like for example the entire page says Free falling by Tom Petty as playing (even says that im scrobbling it) but the actual song is a Viking metal song whose artist name i can remember. When i choose a radio to play (like my own) it sometimes plays the last station that played instead. How can i fix this stuff?
